Terms and Conditions for the iPhone 16 Promo Offer

Promo Offer Overview

The "iPhone 16" promotional offer ("Offer") is organized by imagine, a division of Ample Technologies Private Limited ("Organizer") and is available to all customers who buy any variant of the iPhone 16. By participating in this Offer, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The Offer is open to individuals who are residents of India and are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
To be eligible for the Offer, Customers must purchase any variant of the iPhone 16 on or before September 27th, 2024.
Each customer is allowed only one entry per purchase.
Failure to complete the purchase as specified will result in disqualification from the Offer.

How to Participate

To participate, customers must purchase any iPhone 16 variant at any imagine store managed by Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or via www.imagineonline.store
Purchasing any iPhone 16 variant within the specified period will automatically enter the customer into the Offer, giving them a chance to win that iPhone 16 variant for free, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The lucky draw will be held after October 19th, 2024 and winners will be selected from those who have completed their purchase within the specified period.
The Offer is valid from 13th September 2024 to 27th September 2024, unless terminated or extended by the Organizer at its discretion.
Customers who fail to buy before September 27th 2024, and/or complete the purchase between September 27th to October 19th 2024 will not be eligible to participate in the Offer.

Selection of Winners

A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible participants through a random, luck-based draw.
The draw will be conducted by the Organizer or its authorized representatives on 21st October 2024.
Winners will be notified via phone or email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, it will be presumed that they have forfeited their claim, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
The decision of the Organizer in selecting the winners shall be final and binding.

Prize Details

Each of the three (3) winners will receive the price of the iPhone 16 variant they have purchased, reimbursed as a "Prize".
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other product(s)/service(s).
The winners are responsible for any additional costs related to the Prize, including but not limited to taxes, insurance, or any optional accessories.

Changes and Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time without any prior notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer, the Organizer's decision will be final and binding on all participants.

 General Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or winner(s). If any winner is found to be ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them at any time and select an alternate winner.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the duration of the Offer, Prize details, and eligibility criteria, without prior notice.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other factors that may affect the outcome of the Offer.
By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects.

Publicity

By participating in the Offer, winners agree to participate in promotional activities as required by the Organizer, including but not limited to photos, social media posts, and interviews.
The winners also acknowledge and agree that their names, likenesses, and other personal information may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to any participant or winner in connection with the participation in the Offer or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical or network issues that may prevent participants from entering the Offer or receiving notifications.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or any other force majeure events.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or any other interference with the conduct of the Offer.
By participating in the Offer, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, and damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Offer or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

Privacy

The personal data provided by participants during the Offer will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Offer.
Participants’ personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by the Organizer to assist in the administration of the Offer, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

Terms and Conditions for the Asics Gift Voucher

T&Cs: Valid on purchases made till 31st October 2024 at ASICS stores managed by Ample Technologies

₹3000 Off on Purchase of any Asics products
This voucher cannot be clubbed with any ongoing store or online promos / discounts
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
Any amount over and above the value of the voucher must be settled by cash or credit/debit card
In case of any dispute regarding the voucher, the decision of Ample Retail (P) Ltd will be final and binding
Offer value will not be refunded on product return
There will be no extension for redemption of voucher from the last date mentioned
The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable

Terms and Conditions for the All Experience Gift Card

Terms and Conditions - Rs. 750 Swiggy Voucher

This offer entitles the end user Rs. 750 off on the Food Partner App (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.
Offer valid for all days of the week.
Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.

Terms and Conditions - Movie Ticket for 2

This offer entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Sunday (All Shows). Offer valid in select cities only.
Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to your preferred date of booking and confirm your tickets. An SMS & E-mail confirming the booking will be sent to your registered mobile number.
The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
To avail the Offer, the customer to show the SMS confirmation (M-Ticket) or a print out of the E-Ticket at the box office/venue.
Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
The offer is open to residents of India only.
The offer is valid for best available Silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax and other special screenings.
Any extra person accompanying the movie voucher holder must pay the full ticket price at actuals.
Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
If the Promoter has already emailed or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, the Promoter will not re-send the Movie ticket e-voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant

Terms & Conditions - Myntra Voucher

This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
This E-Gift Card will have a validity period of 6 months .
This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash
or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra
Mobile App only.
In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-
Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the
discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the
order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit
Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive
price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the
benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer.
If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after
deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent
transactions.
For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra
Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking.
Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com is not
responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without
permission.
Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect
the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss
of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com shall not
be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
Myntra.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any
liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and
conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the
expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased
with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI
Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back
to the same source from where these were received.
You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to
regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra may be required to share KYC details of the
purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase
of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory
authorities. Myntra may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift
Card, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole
discretion.
All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the
standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please
refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in Bangalore only.

General Terms and Conditions

This voucher is not transferable, sellable or encash able.
