If the Package Looks Damaged, Don’t Worry—We’ve Got You!
We do our absolute best to make sure your product arrive safely and securely, but sometimes things can get a little bumpy on the way. When your package arrives, we kindly request that you give it a quick check before accepting it. Look out for:

If you notice any of the above, it’s totally okay to refuse the delivery, just let the delivery person know you’re not accepting it due to damage. Then, please report the issue to us right away by sending an email to support@imagineonline.com or Please call us at 080 46999888. Sharing a photo really helps speed things up! Once we receive your report, we’ll take care of the rest—whether that’s sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, we’re here to help. Please note that acceptance of the delivery shall be deemed as confirmation that the product was received in good condition. In such cases, you shall not be entitled to raise any claims against us for damage, defect, or tampering discovered thereafter, except in cases where the product was internally damaged, for which our Returns & Refund Policy shall apply.

Let us know ASAP—either before we start processing your order or within 24 hours of placing it, whichever is sooner. Please call us at 080 46999888 and follow up with an email from the same ID you used to place the order. Failure to request the change within the specified timeframe will not guarantee delivery to the updated address. In such cases, we may proceed with the originally provided shipping information and notify you accordingly, confirming the final address for delivery.
Term and Conditions for 2-hour delivery on the launch day (available only in Bangalore)
- Eligibility
To be eligible for our 2-hour delivery service, your delivery address must be within our designated delivery area in Bengaluru, the eligibility of the same can be verified via the shipping details section on the applicable product pages. Only pre-approved orders are eligible for this service, subject to product availability and delivery address confirmation. - Delivery Time Frame
We aim to deliver your order within 2 hours from the time of confirmation of your order. However, the delivery window may be subject to unforeseen delays, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of any delays. - Service Hours
The 2-hour delivery service is available on 19th, 20th and 21st September 2025 for orders made between 11 AM and 5 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next available delivery window. - Delivery Attempts
We will make one delivery attempt within the specified 2-hour window. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery or fail to respond to our delivery personnel’s call(s) made during this delivery attempt, the delivery shall be deemed unsuccessful. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery. Any additional delivery attempts may be made subject to extra charges. - Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made if the order is already being processed or dispatched. - Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the 2-hour delivery service, refunds and returns are subject to our Refund/Return Policy. - Product Availability
The 2-hour delivery service is subject to product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a full refund. - Customer Responsibility
To help ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, we kindly request customers to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address. In the event of delays or unsuccessful deliveries arising from incorrect or inaccessible addresses, we may be unable to fulfil the service as intended. Please note that we will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible addresses. - Verification at Delivery
At the time of delivery, our personnel may request valid identification or order confirmation. Failure to provide the same may result in non-delivery. - Service Availability Disclaimer
